Hatzios, Stavroula

Stavroula Hatzios, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology and of Chemistry in the Microbial Sciences Institute at Yale University. She received her B.S. in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. She completed her postdoctoral work at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital. Her laboratory at Yale studies proteins and metabolites that shape host–microbe interactions in gastrointestinal infections.
